This is a personal log for me to keep track of the healthy and unhealthy choices I make in the next 6 weeks. I was thinking of doing 12 weeks, but hey let's be realistic. I'm already underway by joining the "biggest loser" challenge at the school where I used to teach. I have to weigh in every week, so I will keep that here as well. I lost 1.2 lbs. this last week. It's a start. Good choices will be: exercising, drinking at least 64 oz. of water a day and eating more fruits and veggies. Bad choices will be: eating foods with no nutrient value, including but limited to desserts, candy, etc. Eating when stressed or watching television. It's not like I don't know what's bad and what my bad habits are. I used to teach nutrition. I have no excuse!
